Ryselist Partner Programme: additional terms
These terms apply on top of FirstPromoter's standard promoter terms, which you accept when you join.
- These extra terms sit on top of FirstPromoter's standard promoter terms. If the two ever disagree about Ryselist commissions or payouts, these extra terms win.
- You earn 15% commission on every invoice a referred agency pays, for that agency's first 12 months as a Ryselist customer. The commission counts only after the agency actually pays the invoice.
- If a referred agency cancels its Ryselist account, commission on that agency stops right away. Invoices the agency already paid before the cancellation still count.
- Ryselist pays commissions on the 15th of each month, by bank transfer or Wise. Your balance needs to reach $50 to get paid; smaller balances roll over to the next month. Ryselist does not pay out through PayPal.
- Every referral is checked by hand before it counts. If the agency was already a Ryselist customer, or was already in Ryselist's records before your referral, it will not count. When two partners refer the same agency, the first submission wins.
- Some actions are against the rules: referring yourself, building referral loops (where an agency refers itself through a partner account), creating fake accounts, sending spam, and making false claims about Ryselist. Buying ads on the Ryselist brand name, and using coupon or cashback sites, are also against the rules.
- If you break these rules, Ryselist can end your partnership right away. Ryselist can also cancel any commissions that have not been paid yet.
- Ryselist can change the commission rate for new referrals, but only with 30 days notice. A referral you already have keeps its rate for the full 12 months, even if the rate changes later.
- You work as an independent partner, not as an employee of Ryselist. You do not send invoices to the agencies you refer, and you take care of your own taxes. Partners in Germany get a credit note (Gutschrift) from Ryselist wherever the law requires one.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Belvair AI LLC runs the Ryselist Partner Programme.
